I have used Dick Peplau successfully a number of times. He truly gets great results. Very recently, Dick took a listing on a property that was located in a nicer neighborhood but very much neglected...the mechanicals, the plumbing and there were serious carpentry needs as well. Dick was able to quickly recommend contractors who were coordinated in their work and brought the house to a state of repair inside of three weeks.
